This is probably the worst shipment and experience of a supplier. Products came incomplete. Screws did not fit in EVERY WAGON and I had to source them and send another company to fix them. 30% of the whole bulk have broken wheels.
I contacted Lisa through whatsapp where we were handling everything but had no answer. Now I have no right to claim a refund because the 30 day window has passed.
How am I supposed to review each big box wheel if there is 300 of them, I would have to open and basically arm them 1 by 1.
Worst supplier, no answer up to this day.
I need a refund for the losses.
